As an experienced Plant Manager, you will oversee the production facility and be responsible for leading a team of managers in Maintenance, Production, and Health & Safety. You will play a pivotal role in driving production and operational excellence, ensuring product quality, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Maintenance, Production, and Health & Safety departments.
  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold food safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Asian cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
