As an experienced Plant Manager, you will oversee the production facility and be responsible for leading a team of managers in Maintenance, Production, and Health & Safety. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Asian cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
