What this job involves The Shift Facilities Officer will report to Facilities Manager & assist the facilities management team with operational activities with respect to incident response and management, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight and helpdesk services.

This role is expected to work on a rotational shift roster basis, 24 hours Monday to Sunday.

The shifts timings are Morning 07:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Afternoon Shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM and Night Shift from 10:00 PM to 07:30 AMA snapshot of the role: Provide support to the Snr FM / Engineer/s and the wider property team for the engineering services to the account team in the form of supervising vendors attending to site for preventative maintenance and reactive/breakdown maintenance on infrastructure.24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as required Act as first responder to alarms and/or incident on site and carry out investigation, within reason and document processes, to assist vendors coming to site.

Conduct site inspections to ensure all building procedures are in line with agreed processes to proactively identify issues and/or risk and identify opportunities for proactive works.

Conduct site safety and operational compliance inspections/tasks Work closely with client IT department to ensure their critical environments remain tidy.

Oversee on-site vendors providing on site services ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with client policies and required standards.

Assist with low risk minor maintenance works in the tenancy as required Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: You'll have prior experience in Facilities, Property Management, Security Operations or related field and an understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities.

Vendor management for specialised services is advantageous as is an understanding of basic technical aspects of property plus You are able to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently and work under pressure with limited supervision.
