The Role
Do you love live events and are looking for a role in digital marketing?


The Ticketek Marketing and Digital team provides unrivalled expertise to deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns to amplify event awareness and drive ticket sales.


Reporting to the Customer Engagement lead, you will get to work with leading marketing technology platforms, executing campaigns across sport and entertainment via our organic marketing channels.


As a Marketing Coordinator you will be expected to create copy, target relevant audiences, schedule campaigns, manage booking calendars, and report on campaign performance.


You will also get to do things like:

  • Provide post-campaign reporting and insights into the success of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist where necessary to ensure campaigns are accurate and inline with channel best practice.
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve on channel activity and assist in regular channel performance reporting against benchmarks.

The Person

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have:

  • Either Degree qualified in marketing or 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Strong written skills with proven experience creating unique content and copywriting.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel (min. at an intermediate level).
  • An understanding of privacy policies and the SPAM Act
  • Passion for events and the industry.
