About the opportunity


You will be responsible for direct oversight, coordination and support to the Wellways service presence as part of the wider GGQ Local, including quality improvement/service delivery performance, service development, reporting and evaluation, financial performance, human resources management, facility management and effective allocation of resources within budget.


The Peer & community service Coordinator role will form part of a leadership team across Western Victoria (including the Grampians, Barwon and Great South Coast catchments) ensuring Wellways are providing quality mental health and disability services to individuals, families and the community which value lived experience.

The coordinator will be required to establish strong partnerships with local stakeholders.
