As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting impactful initiatives that address the critical issues of food security and homelessness in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities and social sector organisations to understand their needs, challenges and aspirations.
- Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships with social sector organisations, local businesses, government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Program Development: Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions and events to promote food security and homelessness assistance.
- Grant Management: Support the design and delivery of grants and initiatives aimed at improving food security and homelessness assistance for those facing systemic barriers.
- Initiative Monitoring: Support a number of inclusive initiatives and grants, including the Foundation's Community Choice initiative, monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure progress toward goals.
- Research and Best Practices: Stay informed about current trends, research and best practices in food security and homelessness assistance to enhance the Foundation's efforts.
