You will be part of an exciting new team and partner with customers and employers within your industry across your designated region.

Industry Employment Partners (IEP) across the following industries;

These roles will be based across Adelaide, including CBD, Northern and Southern Adelaide and Adelaide Hills area.

You will:

  • As an expert in your relevant industry, increase the employment opportunities available for every customer of WISE Employment through strategic specialisation within local labour markets
  • Utilise your savvy business development skills and industry knowledge and experience to build strong employer and industry partnerships, creating employment opportunities for people with disability
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across WISE's network of sites to provide a wraparound employment service to customers ensuring that customer goals and program requirements are achieved
  • Deliver relevant industry workshops regularly to your customer base and employers to establish strong marketing briefs for the customer that result in ongoing paid employment
  • Build and grow healthy relationships and work with Wise Customers, Industry Employers and Wise Site Teams
  • Deal with escalations we come across in your territory in a quick and professional manner that protects the reputation and integrity of the business
  • Be responsible for education of Wise Customers and Wise Sites in your industry Internally, work closely with Business Managers, Employment consultants and In-Work Support, providing intel to contribute to achieving monthly target

  • Minimum 3 years' customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to act independently with mínimal supervision and to work with autonomy
  • Excellent problemsolving and proactive approach

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and an ability to engage audiences and stakeholders

  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to maintain effective relationships to create desired outcomes
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in organisational needs and priorities
  • Demonstrated qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customercentric workplace culture
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirement
  • Current driver's license
