About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Employment Specialist to join our team at WISE EMPLOYMENT LTD. As an Industry Employment Specialist, you will play a key role in building relationships with employers in the retail industry to increase employment opportunities for our customers living with a disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers in the retail industry to increase employment opportunities for our customers.
  • Provide industry-specific training and support to our customers to enhance their employability skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and employers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Full Australian driver's license and vehicle.
  • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong self-management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Proven ability to maintain effective relationships to create desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in organisational needs and priorities.
  • Ability to facilitate group sessions to generate leads and action items.
  • Demonstrated qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customer-centric workplace culture.
