Job Title: Employment Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Employment Partner to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd. As an Employment Partner, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with employment barriers to achieve their career goals.

About the Role:
  • Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Assist with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
  • Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants at work and beyond.
  • Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  • Increase employability through training and other support services.
  • SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.

Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights.
