We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Employment Partner to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd. As an Employment Partner, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with employment barriers to achieve their career goals.
About the Role:- Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
- Assist with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants at work and beyond.
- Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
- Increase employability through training and other support services.
- SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
