PEER is a not-for-profit industry-based Group Training Organisation (GTO) and an award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering nationally accredited training packages to meet South Australia's skill development needs.

As a GTO, PEER is the largest employer of apprentices within the building and construction industry in SA, with over 460 apprentices and trainees.


About You

About the Opportunity


The Apprenticeship Support Officer plays an integral part in the GTO the primary function is to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the GTO.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships and providing support on a range of enquiries, both internally and externally
  • Upkeep of apprentice and trainee placement details in relevant systems and coordinating returns and movements of apprentices
  • Running reports from relevant systems and consolidating and interpreting the data
  • Monitoring daily attendance activity and training progression for apprentices and trainees
  • Accurate and timely note taking and database management
  • General administrative duties
  • Some out of hours work may be required
The successful applicant will be required to pass a National Police check and a Working with Children's check.
