About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at people2people. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Manage daily tasks and activities, prioritizing and delegating as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and office desk
  • Coordinate logistics, including car charging and post office runs
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
