The Role:


This position will assess, report, and ensure that all property managed by the Academic Operations Unit, including furniture, signage, IT equipment and occupied infrastructure is maintained, repaired, and/or replaced as required.

The position is a primary contact for all new and departing staff and Higher Degree by Research students, and responsible for coordinating on and off-boarding human resource requirements to ensure that access to space, furniture and equipment resources is provided in accordance with University policy

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively administer maintenancerelated work requests
  • Investigation and completion of major and minor infrastructure projects
  • Provision and maintenance of resources
  • Onboarding and offboarding new staff and research students

About you:

  • Previous experience in a resource support position in a large organisation
  • Demonstrated highlevel communication and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with effective use of electronic diaries and time management skills
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Current Employee WWCC essential
