The Role


Reporting to Head of Business Enablement, in this fixed-term role you will be accountable for leading improvements in how change is delivered and for the design and delivery of Change Management solutions as an integral part of supporting our delivery model.

With a strong focus on risk culture, you will also be responsible for supporting complex organisational projects. A key focus is supporting and driving change across the Risk and Compliance Uplift Program.

About You
Required:

  • Minimum 57 years of experience in a Change Management role
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in an area such as Organisational Change and Development, Organisation Behaviour, Learning and Development, Business or Commerce or equivalent workplace experienc
  • Specialises in changes regarding Risk Management and Controls
  • Experience working in enterprisewide risk transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of process management and process frameworks
  • Ability to confidently navigate a siloed structure and problem solve with senior stakeholders
  • Track record in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organisation
  • Strong project management, consulting and group facilitation skills
Preferred (but not essential):

  • Experience working within the Financial Services/Life Insurance industry
  • A postgraduate qualification (i.e., post graduate diploma, degree, master's qualification)
