THE ROLE
We currently have the opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Engagement Team Leader, this position is based in our Perth CBD Head Office and will see you:
- Recruitment inbox management
- Document and qualification verifications and uploading
- High volume data entry
- Preparation of the Recruitment Day documentation
- General administration duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be considered you will have the following:
- 1+ years' administration experience, including high volume data entry
- Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences would be highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivated and able to manage conflicting priorities
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- Be able to attend a preemployment medical
