About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic recruitment and mobilisation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our recruitment trackers and database, following up on pre-employment medical results, clearances, and police checks, and liaising with candidates to keep them updated on their progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain recruitment trackers and database
  • Follow up on pre-employment medical results, clearances, and police checks
  • Liaise with candidates to keep them updated on their progress
  • Monitor the Recruitment Admin inbox
  • Provide daily updates to recruitment advisors on candidate progress
  • Ensure strict adherence to pre-employment and site clearance processes
  • Perform other administrative duties, including management of cost allocations for purchase orders and supporting the wider recruitment and mobilisation teams
About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a strong attention to detail and work ethic. Previous SAP Success Factors experience is preferred but not essential. You will be confident in your own work output and able to work autonomously as part of a team.
