  • Leading initiatives to streamline and enhance the contact centre technology ecosystem, leveraging your strong technical expertise and business acumen to implement solutions.
  • Playing a pivotal role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives and ensuring the platform supports evolving needs of the contact centre.

  • Experience with telephony technologies and integration with other systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices.
