Implementation Project Manager

As a key member of our Implementation Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients onto our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, from initial client engagement to project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Manage the implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client and Avetta expectations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve implementation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Avetta's SaaS platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
