Platform Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our team at NewyTechPeople. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and security systems.
Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including Azure services, to ensure high availability and performance.
- Cyber Security: Collaborate with our Cyber Security team to implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our clients' data and systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support our IT services and ensure that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team and clients to ensure that their technical needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Relevant Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field, with experience in IT service management (ITIL).
- Cyber Security Experience: Proven experience in supporting infrastructure and cyber security in complex environments.
- Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components.
- Communication Skills: Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated with high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and managing variable workload demands.
