Key Responsibilities- Support IT Infrastructure: Provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, including Azure and security services.
- Monitor Operational Processes: Monitor and maintain operational processes, including backups, patching, incident and problem resolution, and change management.
- Develop Knowledge Base: Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation to improve support processes.
- Ensure Project Delivery: Ensure that platform and security project plans deliver key outcomes on time, and according to standards.
- Identify Process Improvements: Identify, evaluate, and implement process and system improvements to enhance customer service.
- Relevant Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification (IT and related fields) with experience in IT service management (ITIL).
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in supporting infrastructure and cyber security in complex environments.
- Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components (Storage Accounts, VMs, Azure SQL, VNets).
- Cyber Security Knowledge: Understanding of NIST and Essential 8 cyber frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Self-motivated with high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and managing variable workload demands.
