Working in a team of Claims Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in customer service.

As a
Club Marine Claims Consultant, you'll be there to assist our customers when they need us most.

You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
  • Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points

Important to your success:

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • General knowledge of Boats will be highly regarded
