We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Claims Consultant to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and processing complex insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Manage a portfolio of incoming complex insurance claims, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and Club Marine's 5 Star Customer Experience Programme.
- Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for customers through all touch points, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving: Act as a point of escalation for complex claims queries, assist with ad-hoc projects, and utilize leadership and problem-solving skills to drive excellent customer outcomes.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure all contact and individual actions comply with various legislative codes, including the Code of Practice, and maintain knowledge of current legislation impacting claims management.
- Insurance Experience: Proven experience in insurance or customer-facing roles, with exposure to complaints or disputes.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and provide guidance to team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and opportunities, and determine causes and possible solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software effectively and efficiently, and understanding of processes and procedures that align with providing excellent customer experience.
