Hospital and Medical Claims Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hospital and Medical Claims Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing Hospital and Medical related claims and providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage Hospital and Medical claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to members and providers via phone, email, and in-person
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and members to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in claims or customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims-related issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with members, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
