The IPSI team have helped some of Australia's largest companies and institutions to implement best-of-breed payment technology that bridges the gap between traditional payment products, the banks and companies' unique requirements.


The rapid growth of digital commerce has meant that payment capability, PCI DSS compliance, cybersecurity and storage of sensitive data is a key consideration when assessing payment technology.


IPSI has been part of this growth, successfully providing highly flexible payment and data security solutions to enterprise-level clients for over 10 years.

The IPSI team has managed some of Australia's largest e-commerce and payment security projects in Australia.

About the role:


IPSI is an amazing fintech payments company that's been single-mindedly focused on delivering a product and service that our customers love.

The strategy is working as they serve some of the most well-known brands, Insurance, Telco and Financial services organisations in Australia, with most of our growth coming from word of mouth and referrals.

But they are honest, and admit they've never done proper Marketing This is your chance to turn this around and give their service the marketing sizzle it deserves They want your storytelling, messaging and positioning capabilities to build brand awareness, lead generation and cut-through


This is a broad role with all the challenges (opportunities?) of being a marketing generalist in a fast-growing Fintech company.

What you'll do:

  • Take the time to deeply understand IPSI customers, their pains, and what makes them tick
  • Understand, synthesise, and distil the detail of what IPSI do into easily communicated stories and messaging that help customers understand and make decisions.
  • Strategise, review and manage online ads and budgets for Google and LinkedIn
  • Rebuild, manage and iterate the website, blog and other marketing assets.
  • Share updates via our newsletter (once created) and socials, and experiment with other channels e.g., Executive breakfasts
  • Industry exhibitions organisation and attendance (if geographically possible)
  • Measure and report on the outcomes of your work
  • Bring a consistent, disciplined, and iterative approach to our baseline marketing activities
  • Focus on reaching the right customers with a meaningful message that resonates.
