We're excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we're on the hunt for eLearning Support Specialist and LMS Administrator. We are looking for a teacher, educator or general IT systems support specialists to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Education Team and key contacts from the school, including School Leadership and the IT Department.
  • Support staff and students with their use of technology.
  • Respond to, and resolve, support requests according to agreed processes and procedures.
  • Empower people by helping them to develop basic troubleshooting skills when using common platforms.
  • Identify and develop training resources for staff, students and parents in a variety of formats.
  • Design and lead training sessions to help introduce new technologies and build upon current skill levels with existing technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with staff from multiple areas of the school.
  • Accept shared responsibility for Learning Management System administration and any other core applications used to support teaching and learning throughout the school.
  • Follow a Project Plan, manage competing priorities to deliver projects within set deadlines.

Here's what you'll bring:

  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting others.
  • Clear and confident communicator and strong language skills with the ability to explain break down technical scenarios so that they are easily understood.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident with using technology and developing training resources to support end users such as user-guides and video tutorials.
  • Prior experience in a role that includes teaching, education, technical support and/or customer service that incorporates the use of technology.
  • Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfaction.

Prior experience using and/or administering a Learning Management System (e.g., Schoolbox, SEQTA, Canvas, Moodle, Compass, etc.) would be advantageous.

The role is based in an education setting and both part-time or full-time positions are available.
