The Opportunity
The Role
Due to one of our valued team members going on Maternity leave, we now have a 18-month fixed term role with view to permanency.
This hybrid role can be based at either of our 3 locations in Melbourne (Coburg, Essendon, Dandenong) and reports to the Program Manager - HR Technology.
Your responsibilities will include the overall end to end design of our LMS solution, as well as the ongoing support we provided to our internal teams (Business Capability).
Other exciting task you'll get your hands on are but not limited to:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Success Factors LMS, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align the LMS to identify and implement LMS enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
- Provide technical support to endusers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on LMS functionality.
- Analyse internal LMS usage and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent HR as the LMS Modules specialist on the Visy People Connect HRIS project.

- Ideally you will have worked with Success Factors HRIS, or an equivalent major people system and have relevant certifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills

- You have an eye for process efficiency, data quality and costeffective solution
