About the Role:


Our Client Information Services team have an exciting, fixed term two-year full-time opportunity for a Reporting Analyst and Tester to join their Redfern, NSW office with hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting to the

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and test reports and MS SQL stored procedures created or updated to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Define and interpret report specifications to ensure reports meet business requirements
  • Deploy and implement reports to be used within the inhouse CRM system
  • Plan and schedule reports by setting up report packages and events to distribute reports
  • Assist in designing, developing, and amending reports, MSSQL stored procedures, and other queries as required.
  • Assist with operational projects that assist in ensuring consistent and accurate data used for data collection and reporting.

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in Crystal Reports writing
  • 3+ years' experience in MS SQL
  • Proven Crystal Reports and SAP Web Intelligence
  • Proven experience writing SQL stored procedures, views, and tables for MS SQL Database
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational database and CRM's
