Security Concierge

**About the role**

As a Customer-Focused Security Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients' assets and premises while delivering outstanding customer service. You will patrol designated areas, respond to incidents, and interact with clients and visitors to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations._‍_

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the security of premises
- Provide a visible and reassuring presence to clients, visitors, and employees, fostering a sense of safety and security
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance, taking appropriate action to resolve situations effectively
- Conduct thorough security checks, including monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting property for signs of damage or intrusion
- Engage with clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive security operation and uphold company policies and procedures
- Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately in written reports, maintaining clear and concise records of security-related events.**‍**

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
- Excellent customer service skills
- An intermediate to advanced IT aptitude and a high level of technical curiosity
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Fire Warden (or willing to attain)
- Working with Children's Check (or willing to attain)
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality.
