An excellent opportunity is now available for a skilled and driven professional with a solid construction background to take on the full-time role of Business Development Manager in the Retail Shopfitting Sector at our Lynbrook location.

About the Role

Under the guidance of our Managing Director, we are seeking an individual to enhance our Sales and Estimating Team, bringing in extensive experience from a similar industry role. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the fitout domain, a well-established network, and expertise in catering to both local and international clients.

About You:

  • Relevant Sales Experience in the Retail Sector, particularly with brands in Westfield and Vicinity Centres or similar locations within the shopfitting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Preferably, an existing network of supplier contacts within Retail, Commercial & Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across various channels.
  • A positive approach to interpersonal interactions.
