An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced individual to join our Western Australian branch in Maddington as a Business Development Manager. The main role involves nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking out new customers and business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts and attracting customers for new hires and expanding our customer base
  • Developing and maintaining positive client relationships to deliver exceptional service and foster repeat business
  • Offering equipment solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Reviewing tender documents
  • Providing quotations and pricing for tenders
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards in tender submissions
  • Participating in site inspections and meetings

Requirements:

  • Recent relevant experience in the hire, mining, and construction sectors
  • Knowledge of Pumps and Water Treatment is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Clear written and verbal English skills
