To manage the execution of orders/contracts, while ensuring that the business development plan(s) and budgets, forecasts and targets are effectively and efficiently executed, thereby delivering profitable revenue for the business.
To ensure customer satisfaction through superb customer service and prompt issue resolution.

Accountabilities
  • As a member of the Team, to contribute to the strategic direction of Ljungstrom PTY LTD and allowing the business to forecast and realise significant growth in existing and potential markets.
  • As a member of the Team, to drive the business towards its goals and provide guidance and motivation to the organisation so that it can achieve success and profitability.
  • To contribute to the negotiation and securing of contracts to make them commercially viable in a manner which ensures profitable and effective delivery of customers' requirements.
  • To manage the projects and contracts operation by implementing efficient processes and establishing targets and KPIs that ensure profitable performance; specifically, in the following areas:
  • To oversee the execution of projects / contracts and coordinate with sales, engineering, sub suppliers, global LJUNGSTRÖM manufacturing and supplier companies.
  • To enhance and follow the processes which underpin operational deliveries of sales growth, market penetration and add value selling in such a manner that the overall operation runs as efficiently as possible.
  • To ensure that company's performance are proactively managed in such a way that they are focussed on delivering growth and profitable results.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with the Ljungstrom PTY LTD customer / client base in order to create a platform on which future business and contracts can be developed and secured.
  • To collaborate with the sales team with standard parts quotes when needed.
  • To collaborate with the accurate updating and maintenance of the internal LJUNGSTRÖM contract databases for the region.
  • To be able to effectively respond to internal and external communications in challenging global time frame, working with multiple time zones in demanding scenarios.
  • In collaboration with the Aftermarket Proposal & Contracts Manager, to develop and maintain a local and regional supply chain for the execution of contracts.
  • Prefer BSc Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent level of experience gained through on the job experience) .
  • Experience in Contract management within an overall organisation.
  • At least 3 years experience plus relevant technical product knowledge and established track record in project execution/management delivery.
  • Experience of working with multiple functional disciplines such as legal, commercial, financial, mechanical engineering.
  • Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively with the Senior Management.
  • Strong technical industry knowledge which is relevant to Rotary Airheaters and Gas Gas Heaters products and services.
