The Position
In the role of Team Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks for the sales team
  • Creating proposal documents, open home packs, prelist kits & agency agreements
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the office
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
  • Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders as needed
  • Assisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office

The Person

  • Enthusiastic and independent able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) however not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A genuine desire to help people, the ability to build trust and a human connection, and a strong willingness to go above and beyond
