We are currently offering an exciting, ongoing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Onsite Sales Specialist in the Power Tools division.

The role will be based in NSW and will be a home office role.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing brand awareness to increase demand of Bosch trade and industrial products and solutions through presentations and relationship building with key end users
  • Converting jobsites to the Bosch brand with a targeted approach to grow profitable sales
  • Demonstrating Bosch brand points of difference that will deliver longterm brand loyalty
  • Educating and converting training organisations and their attendees onto Bosch products and solutions

Qualifications:


We are looking for a talented individual who possesses superb entrepreneurial skills, who loves questioning the status quo, challenging themselves and those around them and most of all; a proven leader in everything is they do.

You need to be proactive, self-driven and flexible, have a hunter mentality, who can work towards KPI's and deliver on all aspects of customer management, along with the natural ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven background in Sales or Account Management
  • Strong Planning, Presentation and Sales & Negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, selfdiscipline & selfdevelopment mindset
  • Sheer determination to succeed, great work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A valid and current Australian Driver's license

Other desirable attributes:

  • Proven sales and business development experience
  • Trade qualified background in Engineering, Building, Construction, or similar field
  • White card Accreditation
  • Hardware or Trade experience
  • Understanding of Business Acumen, Conflict Management and Power Tools / Trades knowledge
  • Domestic travel associated with visit plans and Interstate travel for training and internal events
  • Proficiency in CRM programs
