Our client is based in the outer East of Melbourne and are seeking Sales PA's to join her team.
This will be a hands on role, whilst getting on the job training on all facets of sales and property direct from Agent
Tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Preparing marketing material for new listings
- Working with providers (printers, furniture stages, photographers etc)
- Attending appointments on and off site
- Conducting open for inspections
- Maintaining data base
- Responding to buyers & updating Vendors
- Attending listing appointments
- Preparing selling advice
About you:
MUST Hold a current Agent Rep Certificate
Previous experience in Real Estate (Sales PA, Cadet, or Property Management) or Sales experience in another industry.
Hold a current and valid drivers license
Confident on phones and face to face
Self motivated
Strong communication and presentation
Salary will be dependent on experience, starting at $55,000 + super.
