Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? Do you have a knack for managing complex projects and teams? We're seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services Team in Australia.

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our project deliverables, financial analysis, and resource utilization. You will work closely with our extended team to drive performance improvements, manage small projects, and coordinate resources for both PS small orders and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the PAS Professional services team, consisting of approximately 18 staff members.
  • Coordinate resource assignment for all PAS project-based activity, working closely with the Dedalus Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support qualified opportunities with resourcing, estimates, quotes, and contribution to SOWs and client proposals.
  • Design and create ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Lead the solution consulting staff that interfaces with customers during solution or product implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required and minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Health software setting, either in Private and Public Organisations in Australia.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Professional Services team, including full responsibility for revenue attainment, budget, profitability management, and resource management.
  • Understanding of software development and sales-to-services processes.
  • High-level knowledge with Health industry Skills in business analysis and requirement definition.
