You'll be responsible for

  • Supporting our Customer Relations objectives by supporting Team Managers, Seniors and our specialists with fair and reasonable decision making outcomes in accordance with Regulatory Guide 271, the General Insurance Code of Practice and our Allianz dispute resolution framework.
  • Analysing industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations on technical strategies and best practices.
  • Developing and delivering technical training programs for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of complex insurance concepts and technical aspects.

About you

  • Extensive complaint management experience in internal and external dispute/complaint resolution practices.
  • Significant experience in managing technical complaints / situations within the insurance industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RG271, the Insurance Contracts Act and the General Insurance Code of Practice
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
