About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plans by cultivating strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
  • Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints, and become an active member of the store team to support the initiatives and efforts of the store and the company.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others at work, and comply with systems in place to manage health and safety.
  • Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Previous senior sales experience.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
