About you
You may be assisting some of our teams with projects or initiatives; or you may be required to deliver our welcome experience to visitors, residents and families at one of our residential aged-care facilities - no two days will be the same and everyday will be an opportunity to assist our customers to Live Every Day

Ideally, you will have evidenced experience in:

  • Welcome experience
  • delivery of a exceptional customer service experience at Reception when welcoming visitors, residents and families to our residential facilities and assist in resolving or directing their queries.
  • Providing administration support word processing, invoice processing, data entry, record keeping, filing and archiving.
  • Projectbased administration support work with small teams to deliver projectbased administration initiatives.


Life Care are looking for applicants committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience and willing to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

As the role will be based across various sites and services; we require someone who is adaptable, can manage change effectively and brings a positive attitude wherever you may be


You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong time-management and organisational skills and the ability to take initiative and problem solve.

You will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team and with a high level of attention to detail.


You must have:

  • National Criminal History Clearance for Aged Care (or willingness to obtain)
  • Unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • Evidence of Seasonal Flu Vaccination
  • Covid 19 Vaccine and booster
