Trading for over 70 years, Routleys Bathroom Kitchen Laundry keep their customers at the heart of everything they do. A South Australian family owned and operated company, Routleys supply plumbing fixtures and kitchen white goods to the building industry, interior designers and home renovators. Employing over 47 staff, Routleys concentrate on providing the best possible products, and advice given from experienced and qualified Interior Designers and Consultants. The beautiful showroom and offices are in a prime location on Unley Road.
**About the role**:
As the Administrator in the Estimating Team, your primary focus will be providing estimations for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries. You will use your knowledge in the plumbing/building industry to put together quotes and offer solutions. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. In this newly created role due to business growth, this is an outstanding opportunity to join the Routleys family.
**Duties**:
- Administration focused role within the Estimating Team
- Administer accurate data entry and monitor and track all jobs
- Utilise internal databases to compare products and prices in order to provide competitive quotations to domestic and commercial clients
- Liaise with suppliers to secure best pricing opportunities and maximise profitability
- Continuously maintain and improve on your product knowledge base to offer alternate options
- Keep up-to-date with all quotations and follow up if required with builders, site/project managers
