  • They are now on the hunt for 1x Property Manager & 1x Business Development Manager to join their close knit, vibrant team_

Property Manager:

  • Managing a small portfolio of 160 properties with VA support
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • General Property Management responsibilities
  • Transferring sales and office referrals into rental listings
  • Conducting rental appraisals and market reports
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Providing a high level of professional customer service at all times
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements
  • Advertising properties for lease and conducting Open for Inspections

Business Development Manager:

  • Managing client relationships and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Managing leads generation from Property Manager and Sales
  • KPI reporting
  • Generating leads from the database and prospecting
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Be _immaculately _presented and well spoken
  • Able to work within a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Agent Representative Certificate or Estate Agents License
    ESSENTIAL:
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal and confident communicator
