**The Organisation**
**_We are partnering with a leading government provider based in Melbourne’s Southeastern suburbs. They aim to work together to build a healthy community and strive for excellence in their work. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility currently being constructed, they require a Projects specialist to help administrate and coordinate multiple projects. With continued growth and funding, there has never been a better time to join them _**
**The Role**
Reporting to the Project Manager and working within the redevelopment team, you will provide crucial administrative support and coordination in implementing various capital projects. You will be integral in project administration, budgeting, and coordination. A proactive, confident, and excellent verbal and written communicator, you will also be involved with maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the government, staff and contractors.
**Your Key Duties**:
- The Coordination of multiple minor projects or similar, including equipment movements and the purchasing of equipment and reconciliation of spreadsheets.
- Provide support to the Project Managers and be accountable for managing the equipment programme.
- Generating work order requests that support project activities or facilitate equipment movements through their CMMS system
- Placing and monitoring purchase orders. You will initiate and track purchase orders for required equipment, managing timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- You will actively coordinate and promote the program to reallocate items removed during refurbishment works to ensure efficient repurposing within the organisation.
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative partnership approach.

- We seek an energetic, proactive, confident individual skilled in providing project delivery in a supporting role. You will demonstrate prior knowledge of projects with fit outs and relocation management experience advantageous. _
- An existing background in project/contracts administration and coordination with exposure to equipment programs, fitouts, refurbishments or minor works coordination advantageous.
- Excellent administration skills to track the program, with knowledge of CMMS systems, Purchase orders and Work orders.
- Superior contract coordination, budget and timeline management skillsets.
- A high-level knowledge of Excel, budget reconciliation and budget reporting experience
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
