We're in search of a Business Development Manager (BDM) to boost business growth within Melbourne/VIC and Adelaide/SA, by effectively promoting Magentus Practice Management solutions.

Working closely with the Sales Head, the BDM will be accountable for spotting new business prospects, nurturing customers, and showcasing the value of Magentus products.

Role Overview:

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned state/region
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Generate new leads through effective methods
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline with the Inside Sales Team
  • Present product offerings to customers through demonstrations
  • Create quarterly business plans with the Sales Head
  • Maintain relationships with customers and advisors
  • Enhance sales knowledge as directed by Sales Head
  • Follow up with customers consistently
  • Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Stay updated on product and industry knowledge

Experience Needed:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Ideally sales experience in the medical industry
  • Software sales (SaaS) experience is a plus
  • Ability to motivate teams and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Australian driver's license and transport
