Hotel Front Office Supervisor - East Melbourne

This position is the perfect opportunity for you Located walking distance from the CBD, this 55 room Hotel in East Melbourne is searching for a Front Office Supervisor who is passionate about delivering impeccable guest service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the hotel and front office team members
  • Coordinate tasks for each shift and delegate to team members
  • Ensure smooth delivery of the daily checkin/checkout process and procedures.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Be guest obsessed and passionate about team development, guest loyalty and have an eye for the little things.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Hotel/Accommodation setting
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office services
  • Qualifications in hospitality, travel, or tourism highly regarded
  • Proven consistent highlevel delivery of customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings.
