As our business continues to grow, we now have a new opportunity to join the AIA Financial Wellbeing team based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

As the Advice Manager

  • Banca, you will utilise your highly developed interpersonal skills to manage the commercial relationship with our banca partner, to support and enable continued growth and value for the partnership.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Embed the banca referral relationship with an emphasis on customer outcomes, improved customer journeys and experiences
  • Demonstrate innovative and agile thinking to further develop and execute upon our strategy to accelerate growth through the middle market
  • Support the operationalisation of change initiatives including managing large projects to fulfilment
  • Identify strategic and customer experience improvement opportunities within the overall proposition supported by data led decision making
  • Indirectly lead and motivate a small team of Distribution Development Managers to achieve set business targets
Experience in a strategic partnership role gained from the Banking industry with strong project delivery skills. Experience working in Financial Planning or Advice industry will be highly regarded.


Core to the success of this role, you are commercially astute with strong relationship management skills which allow you to successfully engage, influence and strategise with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners.


In addition, you have strong analytical skills that allow you to take a problem solving approach backed by data led decision making.

You can also work at pace and manage competing deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
