Join Rhombus Advisory for an Exciting Opportunity

The Role

Work closely with the Senior Manager of Business Technology to streamline the development of Xplan documents, coding, and wizard construction. This role focuses on delivering top-notch Xplan business integration and optimizing practice efficiency through software and process integration. Utilize Xplan document coding techniques effectively for Rhombus Advisory's advice documents.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and enhancing Xplan advice templates in line with business requirements
  • Establishing a process to maintain current, accurate, and consistent content across all Xplan sites
  • Keeping up-to-date with system changes to improve document output continuously
  • Providing timely responses to internal Xplan queries and resolving complex issues promptly

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in Xplan, specifically in Advice template management
  • Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or related fields, including RG 146
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in financial planning
  • Continuous enhancement of technical skills through ongoing training
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Xplan, and other specialized software, coupled with familiarity in taxation and investment theory

About Rhombus Advisory

This role is part of the new Rhombus Advisory business entity. Rhombus Advisory is expected to transition from Insignia Financial (IFL) and operate autonomously by July 2024. Upon IFL divesting the majority share in Rhombus Advisory, the selected candidate will be transferred to Rhombus Advisory and provided with the necessary documentation.
