As a Reception Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office.
- Preparing leases and assisting with tenancy agreements
- Handling banking tasks and financial transactions
- Managing tenant communications and document downloads
- Data entry for invoices and financial records
- Assisting in the creation of marketing brochures
- Conducting minor general tidying and office organisation
- Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite

- Prior experience in real estate or administration is a plus, but not mandatory
