Retailers and consumers around the world rely on Clean Loop Recycling to collect more than 40 billion used bottles and cans each year.

Here in Australia, our reverse vending machines (RVMs) are installed throughout NSW, QLD, WA and NT. In NSW, our largest operation in Australia, we provide the technology for the Return & Earn Scheme and partner with Cleanaway to provide convenient options for our customers to recycle their beverage containers in the hopes to encourage them to join the Clean Loop Recycling revolution

Job Description:

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy based on Network gaps
  • Drive activity & initiatives to deliver targets in a sustainable manner
  • Lead the TOMRA Sales organisation across the total customer ecosystem
  • Coach and develop large, geographically disperse sales team including Business Development Managers
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer and business outcomes
  • Engage and inspire the TOMRA Sales team

Qualifications:

About you

  • Tertiary Qualifications in related discipline
  • Experience setting and delivering a sales strategy
  • Proven ability to manage across complex business structures (product offerings, channels, customers, geography), including large complex national accounts
  • Proven ability to manage complex / transformational change in a dynamic environment
  • Large team leadership & engagement
