We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Business Manager to join our team


As our new Business Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our channel partners and vendors.

You'll be responsible for driving sales deals, forecasting, and conducting quarterly business reviews to support market share growth of our vendors.

Plus, you'll get to work with some of the top talents in the industry and be at the forefront of innovation in IT distribution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the vendor strategy in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Establish strategic priorities, key initiatives, and measurable outcomes aligned with vendor objectives
  • Drive deal commercials, forecasting and provide support to sales teams
  • Coordinate activity plans with marketing, engineering, and sales teams
  • Prepare and run quarterly or halfyearly business reviews, including content presentation
  • Ensure vendor plans have appropriate resourcing and funding for maximum profitability
  • Enable sales team with necessary tools to sell and support vendor's product range
  • Communicate technology updates, promotions, and new products to sales, operations, and finance teams
  • Support vendor crosssell and upsell efforts through Arrow's methodology
  • Launch new vendor programs and products, ensuring internal teams are informed and prepared
  • Understand and report on competitive vendors and distributors
  • Support reseller recruitment and management activities
  • Optimise the use of marketing development funds (MDF) to support channel activity plans
  • Coordinate campaign execution, including lead generation, enablement, events, promotions, and content
  • Use Salesforce for activity/campaign tracking and follow digital marketing briefing processes
  • Ensure website content is uptodate with vendor marketing programs and promotions
  • Build and maintain business relationships with vendor's channel leadership, marketing, and sales teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in channel partner and vendor management, sales support, and driving deals
  • Experience in the IT industry with knowledge of Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Cloud technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and provide insights
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
