Position Overview:


As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and your excellent organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and manage communication, ensuring timely responses and followups.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings and other highlevel events.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a senior executive role will be an added advantage.
  • Interns are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
  • If necessary, Able to travel between the countries where company operates.
