We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Blades Service Scheduler.

The Blades Service Scheduler will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy systems by coordinating service appointments, optimising technician schedules, and prioritising maintenance tasks.

This role will be based in Melbourne supporting our AU/NZ wind farms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
  • Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
  • Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
  • Crew schedules are managed on a daytoday basis
  • The service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
  • Ontime communication with crew partners is guaranteed
  • Ensuring KPI and PPI related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

Qualifications

  • Engineering or any equivalent degree is desirable
  • Technical understanding and planning will be essential to be successful in this position
  • System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
