Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Blade Task Coordinator.

About the Role:

  • As a Blade Task Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy systems by technically planning and coordinating service appointments, optimizing blade technician schedules, and prioritizing blade inspections, repairs, and replacements as per customer and contractual requirements.
  • You will be responsible for balancing all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity, as well as managing service crew composition and adjusting it to demand.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring tools, parts, and services on time before crew mobilization, and ensuring that crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will also be responsible for aligning the service schedule with the obligations in service contracts, and ensuring on-time communication with crew partners.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that KPI and PPI related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Engineering – Composites Trade
  • Technical understanding and planning will be essential to be successful in this position
  • System user of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
