Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Homecare Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of home care services to our clients, ensuring seamless communication between clients, caregivers, and our office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client visits, matching client needs with caregiver availability and suitability
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules, rosters, and records of client care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care services
  • Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with management and team members to improve office processes and increase workflow efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including database management and scheduling tools
